A synergy of Hyssopus decumbens (hyssop), Thymus vulgaris ct. carvacrol (thyme), Mentha x piperita mitcham (peppermint), Pinus sylvestris (scots pine), Mirtus communis (myrtle), Eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus), Rosmarinus officinalis ct. cineol (rosemary) and Salvia officinalis (sage).

Characteristics:
Aids respiration. Alleviates the lower airways. Acts as an expectorant and mucolytic (confirmed by studies) in the respiratory tract.

Use:
In the bath: mix approximately 10 drops with bath salts or an emulsifier and add to the bath water.
Externally : dissolve 60 drops in 100ml vegetable oil (e.g., almond, jojoba, etc.) and massage into the back and chest.
Diffusion: spray a few drops in the air using a glass atomiser or an aroma stream.
