PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETURN

The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express)
- Paypal
- Payment by card or through Payconiq on collection in 2000 Antwerp (only by appointment)
- Bank transfer (please place your order by e-mail)
For technical reasons, it is currently not possible to pay by direct debit.

The parties involved agree that a valid contract is established by using electronic means of communication.
Stay Gold is only bound by an order after it has been confirmed by e-mail.
If you are in default with any payment, Stay Gold is entitled to suspend or even to rescind (the execution of) the relevant agreement.

PRICING
The prices of our products and services are quoted on the website in EUR (€) and include VAT.
prices exclude shipping costs, which are added to the total cost of the order at check-out.
All offers are without obligation and Stay Gold expressly reserves the right to change the prices.

STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS
Stay Gold only ships within Belgium.
For orders under € 100: we charge a fixed fee of 5,70 Euros for shipping within Belgium.
For orders over € 100: shipping is free within Belgium.
If you live in Antwerp, you can pick up your order from Stay Gold, 2000 Antwerp (by appointment only). Contact us by e-mail after placing your order to arrange a date and time. Please use the code FREE PICK-UP (one word) at check-out.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
For special delivery requests, please contact us by e-mail before placing your order.
Once we receive your payment, your package will be sent via CargoVelo or Bpost and you will receive an e-mail containing online tracking information. If no one is home when the package is delivered, you can pick it up at your local post office or pick-up point or reschedule a delivery. Delivery within Belgium generally takes 2 to 3 working days. The delivery times stated by Stay Gold are purely indicative. Exceeding the delivery period does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order.
However, if your order has not been delivered within 30 days due to a delay in dispatch by Stay Gold, you have the right to demand a full refund (without any other compensation). If it is due to third-party circumstances, we do not offer refunds as this is not in our control.
If you have entered an incorrect address at check-out, please contact us immediately using the contact form. If your order has already been shipped, you will be liable for reshipment costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note: all sales items are final. Sales items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please return the item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping costs for the return of an item are the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable. Please contact frederique.pieters(at)gmail.com if you need help returning/exchanging an item.
The following conditions must be met for an order to be eligible for a refund or exchange: the packaging must be unopened, undamaged and contain all original elements (tags, information, etc.).
All approved returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your return and your refund (if applicable) will be processed as soon as possible.
If your shipment is damaged upon receipt, please contact frederique.pieters@gmail.comso that we can look into this issue. Please include in your e-mail a description and a photograph of the damage.
In the case of food products, the dates of consumption indicated must be respected by the client as must the instructions concerning the cold storage of certain products upon receipt. Stay Gold cannot be held accountable for non-compliance of these regulations and can only be held liable with regard to the condition of the product on the date of sale/shipment.
If we do not receive the item you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, the order is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
Please note: all items on sale are non-refundable and final.

DAMAGES
By accepting the parcel, you express that your order has been received in good condition. If on arrival the parcel containing your order seems to be damaged, you should reject it and have the delivery company return it to Stay Gold. The purchaser accepts that Stay Gold cannot be held responsible for the parcel after it has been accepted from the delivery company.

PACKAGING
Stay Gold recycles packaging whenever possible. Many of our suppliers package their goods in bubble wrap. We keep this and use it ourselves for the shipping of new orders. The same goes for wrapping paper, cardboard boxes, etc.
